How to Gain Muscle Fast

When we want something, we want it right now.

However the truth is, some things take a while to gain, and they are hard to get, but they are worth it.

It takes a while to save up for your first home, but it is worth it when you can walk around naked, invite your friends over and paint the walls with swear words if you wish.

The truth is that you can gain muscle fast but it is a lot of work.

You have to eat far more than normal and when you are pushing weights in the gym, you have to work harder than you ever have before.

That is pretty much the recipe for building muscle right there – you do need a few other tips to help you get more out of your workouts, but eating about 500 calories over your maintenance each day and doubling your protein intake will help you get to where you want.

You can have all the muscle you want but unless you do some fat loss exercises you won’t ever reach your full potential.
